Favorite Beers:: Craft Brews from the Midwest

Very First Beer you remember having:: Guinness... I'm an Irishman at heart

Favorite Brewery:: Truly a tough choice. There are some great craft brewers here in the Midwest. Here are just a few favorites: Atwater, Bell's, Founders, New Holland, Surly, Furthermore, Stonefly, and Arbor Brewing. There are many more, but these are the ones I have represented in my fridge right now.

Favorite Beer Style:: Porters, Stouts, and Scotch Ales.

Favorite Bars:: Here in Green Bay, Titletown Brewing Company and Hinterland Brewing Company are great microbrewers. St. Brendan's Inn is a great Irish pub in town.

If you could have a beer with anyone (dead or alive) it would be:: Elvis Costello... or the Buddha. One or the other. They're both pretty damn cool.
