Great pics Nick. You have a very shiney clean brewery. Not like the ones i've worked at before! We have been working 7 days a week refurbishing the building but have finally been beaten by something outside our control. The utilities (water & power) are only just being connected. Contractors have just started to dig the channels outside to lay the pipes and cables so we have taken the decision to postpone our go live date. It looks like it will be closer to July now but at least that sensible gap gives me time to get the place finished before equipment installation.
We will have a new website go live soon as well so keep checking www.thebrewcompany.co.uk and i also have a new blog at http://thebrewco.wordpress.com/
Hows things on your side of the pond?
Nick, that sounds really interesting brewing.
I love doing small batch speciality brews.
We have just taken over an old Victorian building which we are renovating. (It is soooo hard work!) I only have 10 weeks until the brew equipment arrives for installation! We will have an 8 barell kit which is capable of producing 1664 litres per brew. If you go to www.thebrewcompany.co.uk and click on the hyperlink of 'Building a Brewery, a journey of images' you will be able to see thre renovation as it takes place. We are about to have a professional website built so check back in a months time.
All the best, Pete.
