Heya Pete! Sorry it took, well, over a month to respond! How are your plans going? Things are moving here, slowly while I am still consumed by my day job right now. But we've got the plan all clear now, just looking for the location and we're going to be good to go!

Hey Pete, sorry I couldn't get back to you on what I was drinking - That night it ended up being some Smithwick's and some of my own stout!

Cheers Pete!!

I am the brewer for a u-brewery here. Since it's a u-brewery I individually brew 50 litre batches for our customers. We have a small infusion mash tun that we use to make our 2 mash recipes that we then adjust into about 20 different recipes. I also get to do custom brews for customers who like their beers a little different.

What kind of set up have you got going on over there?

A truly world class Flanders Red!

By the way, you're also welcome on www.aleuminati.com - the (not so) secret society of better beer drinkers.

Hi Pete - It is great to have you on board. All the content you have added has been aweseome. I realed like learnings about your endeavor and that video you put together was real fun.

If there is ever anything Democracy's Drink can do to help you out in what I call the most noble of causes just let me know!

Also, I think I saw you asking some people about Startup breweries. We have a few on here. I have to go through the member list but I think we have like 4 startups on here. So maybe you guys can swap some war stories and in turn help each other out.

Cheers.
