Commemorative callibogus creation

I recently had the spectacular luck to find myself with a bottle of De Regenboog's 't Smisje BBBourgondier (and no, I'm not reeling from the effects of trying it, that's really how it's spelled) and decided to whip up a quick post on it. In case you're unfamiliar with it, it's a limited edition Belgian ale brewed in honor of another online gathering place for beer enthusiasts, which I think ties in nicely with the expeditious growth of Democracy's Drink.

Of course, this then begs the question: If y'all could bend the ear of a professional brewer, what characteristics would you want to see in a beer brewed to commemorate this community?
